The Article Processing Charge is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

The APC supports the journal's editorial and publication processes, including manuscript management, peer-review administration, copyediting, proofreading, layout, metadata management, digital publication, DOI-related administration, and long-term online accessibility.

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, reviewer recommendations, or the peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated independently based on their clinical and scientific quality, originality, relevance, educational value, ethical compliance, and conformity with the journal's focus and scope.

There are no submission fees, peer-review fees, or additional publication charges beyond the stated Article Processing Charge.
