Physical activity among university students, including nursing students, remains constrained by academic demands, limited time and facilities, environmental factors, and social support. These conditions highlight the need for simple interventions that not only promote physical activity but also integrate basic nursing education and health promotion. This community service program aimed to develop an integrated health movement through group exercise, pulse rate monitoring, and vitamin supplementation among nursing students and the community at Rampal Field. The program consisted of group exercise, pulse rate measurement before and after physical activity, education on physiological responses and healthy lifestyles, and the provision of vitamin C or vitamin B complex as an educational-promotive component. The results indicated that participants were able to engage in group physical activity and gained practical experience in measuring and monitoring cardiovascular responses. Nursing students were not only physically active but also learned to relate physical activity to physiological responses, while community participants received education on physical activity and micronutrient intake. These findings indicate that integrating physical activity, physiological monitoring, health education, and nutrition can provide an applicable promotive and preventive approach. This model has potential for sustainable community service programs that integrate basic nursing education with community health empowerment.
