Introduction: Non-ergonomic sitting habits, prolonged use of electronic devices, and improper bag-carrying techniques can increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in adolescents. Education on body alignment is necessary to build knowledge and establish habits for maintaining proper posture from an early age. This community service activity aims to improve students’ knowledge of body alignment as a preventive measure against musculoskeletal disorders. Methods: The event was held at the Health Vocational High School, involving 64 students in grades 11 and 12. The implementation included coordination with the school, the development of educational materials, a pre-test, interactive education, discussions, demonstrations and practice of correct body positions, and a post-test. The material covered sitting, standing, and walking positions; ergonomic use of electronic devices; proper ways to carry bags; and simple stretches. Evaluation results were analyzed descriptively using frequency distributions and percentages. Results: Before the education session, 37 students (57.8%) had insufficient knowledge, 19 students (29.7%) had adequate knowledge, and eight students (12.5%) had good knowledge. After the education session, the “good” knowledge category increased to 49 students (76.6%), while the “insufficient” category decreased to two students (3.1%). The proportion of students with “good” knowledge increased by 64.1 percentage points. Discussion: The combination of interactive education, demonstrations, and hands-on practice helped students understand the application of ergonomic postures in daily activities. Conclusion: Education on body alignment improved students’ knowledge in a descriptive manner and has the potential to support the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders in adolescents
