Adolescent reproductive health is an important aspect in supporting the growth and development of adolescent girls, especially in Islamic boarding schools where access to reproductive health information is still limited. This community service activity aimed to improve female students’ knowledge of reproductive health through health education at Al-Furqon Dormitory, Darul ‘Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. The activity involved 109 female students and used lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer methods supported by audiovisual media. The educational materials included puberty, menstruation, prevention of early pregnancy, sexual violence, and healthy adolescent reproduction. Evaluation was conducted using pretest and posttest to measure participants’ knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed that the average knowledge score increased from 68.46 in the pretest to 85.48 in the posttest, with an improvement of 17.02 points. The standard deviation also decreased from 17.79 to 8.15, indicating a more even understanding among participants after the education session. Reproductive health education was proven effective in improving female students’ knowledge regarding adolescent reproductive health. Continuous educational programs are needed to support healthy behavior formation and prevent reproductive health problems among adolescents
