The rise of promiscuous sex, especially among teenagers, has become a serious concern for many. The risk of promiscuity, which leads to unwanted pregnancies, has caused approximately 50,000 women aged 15-19 to die in Indonesia during childbirth. The purpose of this activity is to provide health education to increase adolescent knowledge about reproductive health. There was an increase in knowledge among participants in the outreach program. The pre-test results showed that 25 adolescents (71%) had sufficient knowledge, but after the outreach program, 17 (49%) had good knowledge. Several factors influence this increase in knowledge, including age and different levels of education. Some adolescents already knew a little about promiscuity but did not fully understand it, and others reported learning about sexuality from their peers
