PENERAPAN BUKU SAKU SUPERVISI KEPERAWATAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU LAYANAN RUANG RAWAT INAP

Abstract

Supervision plays a role in ensuring that activities are carried out according to standards. Suboptimal supervision can impact nurses' compliance with nursing practice quality standards. Pocketbooks and roleplays can influence nurses' knowledge of nursing supervision. The target of this activity were nurses in the inpatient ward of Hospital "x." The media used were a nursing supervision pocketbook and a nursing supervision roleplay. The results of this community service are an increase in nurses' knowledge regarding supervision. Therefore, it is hoped that it will be able to optimize the implementation of nursing supervision in the inpatient ward.
