Pregnancy complications such as bleeding, preeclampsia, and infection remain the leading cause of high maternal mortality rates (MMR) in Indonesia, including in Tanjungpinang City. Poor knowledge of pregnant women and the suboptimal role of integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres contribute to ineffective early detection of complications. Batu X Community Health Center has been recorded as having low coverage of maternal and child health services and a high rate of pregnancy complications. To address this, a community service activity was conducted in the form of a Pregnancy Complications Module (KOMI) socialization program as an educational tool for Posyandu cadres, enabling them to assist pregnant women in recognizing danger signs of pregnancy. This activity is expected to increase cadre knowledge, strengthen their role in preventing complications, and reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications in the Batu X Community Health Center's work area.
