Parental burnout is a condition of physical and emotional exhaustion experienced by parents due to prolonged parenting demands and limited psychosocial support. This condition negatively affects parents’ mental health, parenting quality, and children’s well-being. This community service activity aimed to prevent parental burnout and improve parental well-being through psychoeducational interventions. The methods included mental health education, group discussions, and training in adaptive coping strategies for parents in the community. The evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test measurements to assess participants’ knowledge and understanding of parental burnout and positive parenting. The results indicated an increase in parents’ knowledge regarding the signs and impacts of parental burnout, as well as improved awareness of the importance of maintaining mental health in parenting. Participants also demonstrated a more positive attitude toward healthy and balanced parenting practices. This program was effective as a promotive and preventive effort to support family mental health and enhance parenting quality in the community.
