The increasing elderly population in Indonesia presents significant challenges, particularly in rural areas where resources to support the elderly are often limited. This demographic shift, fueled by the baby boomer generation, calls for a shift in how society approaches elder care. The Family Empowerment Program for Elderly Health and Well-being aims to improve family knowledge and skills in supporting elderly individuals. The program focuses on educating families about elderly care, including physical, psychological, and social needs. This article discusses the implementation of the program in Dukuh Dempok Village, Jember, highlighting the effectiveness of family-centered education in improving elderly health awareness. Results from pre- and post-test evaluations show a significant improvement in participants' knowledge. The program's success underscores the importance of community involvement, family education, and collaboration with local government to create a supportive environment for the elderly.
