Pregnancy discomfort can affect maternal comfort and daily activities, necessitating simple and safe non-pharmacological approaches. This activity aimed to improve pregnant women's knowledge and skills through the MOM-COMFORT Model, which integrates acupressure and breathing relaxation techniques. The activity was conducted in Tandem Hilir I Village, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, involving 30 pregnant women through education, demonstrations, guided practice, mentoring, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed an increase in the mean scores of knowledge and skills after the training. Knowledge of pregnancy discomfort increased from 56.5 to 89.0, knowledge of acupressure benefits from 53.5 to 87.5, and knowledge of acupressure safety principles from 51.0 to 88.0. Acupressure skills increased from 49.5 to 86.5, while breathing relaxation skills increased from 50.5 to 90.0. The paired t-test showed significant improvements across all variables (p < 0.001). The MOM-COMFORT Model has potential as an applicable empowerment approach to enhance pregnant women's ability to manage pregnancy discomfort.
