Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a challenge in health development. Stunting prevention efforts need to be carried out from pregnancy by increasing the knowledge of mothers regarding risk factors that can affect fetal growth. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women regarding the risk of stunting during pregnancy and conduct early detection using the Maternal and Child Health Book as a health education medium. The community service activity was conducted in the Tekarang Community Health Center working area with an educational and participatory approach to 50 pregnant women. The methods used included interactive lectures, discussions, and demonstrations of the use of the Maternal and Child Health Book, with supporting media in the form of presentations and educational booklets. Evaluation was conducted by measuring knowledge before and after the activity using a questionnaire. The activity results showed an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women after receiving health education. The average knowledge score increased from 59.45 before education to 94.16 after the activity was implemented. These results indicate that health education using the Maternal and Child Health Book and booklets can improve the understanding of pregnant women regarding the risk of stunting during pregnancy.
