Reproductive health is the foundation of physical and psychological well-being for adolescent girls, particularly in understanding their body's physiological processes. Female students in Islamic boarding schools often have limited access to information regarding the details of the menstrual cycle and how to maintain uterine health, which, if not properly understood, can lead to anxiety or incorrect medical treatment. This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to improve health literacy regarding menstrual cycle regularity and the anatomy of the reproductive system. The methods used include educational lectures using slides and leaflets, question-and-answer sessions, and cycle monitoring simulations. The activity targeted 22 female students at the junior high school level at the Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang Islamic Boarding School. The results showed a significant 38,3% increase in participants' understanding and knowledge regarding menstrual phases and signs of a healthy uterus. In conclusion, structured education can build awareness among female students to care more about long-term reproductive health.
