Stunting remains a public health problem with long-term impacts on human resource quality. Preventive efforts should begin before pregnancy, including improving reproductive health literacy among prospective couples. This community service program aimed to enhance reproductive health literacy among prospective brides and grooms as a stunting prevention strategy in Muara Sumpoi Village. The program was implemented through interactive health education, group discussions, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test methods. Participants were prospective couples of reproductive age living in Muara Sumpoi Village. The results demonstrated an increase in participants’ knowledge scores after the educational intervention, along with improved understanding of healthy pregnancy preparation and stunting prevention. This activity indicates that improving reproductive health literacy among prospective couples is an effective promotive and preventive approach to reduce stunting risk at the community level.
