Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are a major health problem whose prevalence continues to rise in the community and are often not detected early due to a lack of routine health check-ups. The risk factors for NCDs are closely related to unhealthy lifestyles, such as an unbalanced diet, lack of physical activity, and stress. This Community Service activity aims to conduct NCD health screenings and provide education on healthy lifestyles as an effort for early detection and prevention of NCDs in the community. The activity was carried out with 45 participants using health examination methods including blood pressure measurement, weight measurement, as well as blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid tests. In addition, health education and brief counseling were provided based on the screening results. The results of the activities showed that most participants had non-communicable disease risk factors, indicated by a high proportion of prehypertension and hypertension, overweight, borderline to high cholesterol levels, increased uric acid levels, as well as pre-diabetic and diabetic conditions. These activities provide direct benefits to the community in recognizing their health status and increasing knowledge and awareness about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle. It can be concluded that health screening accompanied by healthy lifestyle education is an effective strategy in promotive and preventive efforts to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases in the community
