Abstract

Health volunteers play a strategic role in providing education, monitoring the growth and development of infants and toddlers, and fostering community behavioral changes regarding nutrition and child-rearing practices. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the knowledge and basic skills of volunteers at *Posyandu* (integrated health posts) serving infants and toddlers. The activity employed a pre- and post-test methodology. Evaluation results indicated that the average knowledge score was 24.3 prior to the educational session and rose to 24.5 afterward, representing an increase of 0.2 points. These findings serve as a basis for further improving the volunteers' practical skills through ongoing training and mentoring activities.
