Medicines stored at home, either as stock or leftover medicine, may cause health problems, especially related to the Beyond-Use Date (BUD). Generally, people assume that the BUD time is the same as the expired date. This community service (PkM) activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of the community, especially housewives, to determine the Beyond-Use Date (BUD). This activity was carried out through a community empowerment approach with the community capacity-building method. The target achievement indicator was to improve the understanding and skills of the community, especially housewives, to determine the Beyond-Use Date (BUD) of leftover medicine. The results of this PkM activity could be concluded that training, could improve the understanding and skills of the community, especially housewives, to determine the Beyond-Use Date (BUD).
