This community service program aims to analyze the effectiveness of education through the "4 Tepat 5 Sempurna" (4 Rights 5 Perfects) cultural approach in improving the knowledge and skills of the community in Jorong Gurun Aur. The method employed was a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test post-test approach involving groups of mothers with toddlers and TPA (Quranic School) stude[1]nts. The intervention consisted of structured health counseling and mass tooth-brushing demonstrations utilizing a natural disclosing solution derived from red dragon fruit extract to identify dental plaque. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge; the group of mothers with toddlers saw an increase in the "Good" category from 33% to 92%, while the TPA students' group increased from 27% to 96%. Furthermore, there was a measurable improvement in the participants' Hygiene Index (HI) following the guidance on proper brushing techniques. In conclusion, the implementation of the "4 Tepat 5 Sempurna" culture proved effective in significantly transforming community behavior regarding oral health maintenance. This program is recommended as a sustainable educational model at the community level to reduce the prevalence of oral and dental diseases.
