PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN IBU IBU PKK UNTUK MENCEGAH DAN MENANGGULANGI BALITA STUNTING DI DESA BOJONEGORO KECAMATAN MAESAAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN

Abstract

The problem of stunting in toddlers in Indonesia is currently quite hihh, including in Bojonegoro Village, South Minahasa. Incorrect nutritional behavior is the cause of imbalanced nutritional intake especially protein intake as a nutrient for growth. This community service activity aims to increase mothers knowledge about stunting prevent and overcome the problem of stunting in toddleers. The method used in this activity is stunting counseling and training in making fish nuggets, fish balls and fish crackers. The location of the activity is Bojonegoro Village Maesaan District. The result of this activity is the PKK mothers participants as parents of toddlers who are enthusiastic about preventing and overcoming the problem of stunting in toddlers. Knowledge about stunting among PKK mothers increased after being given counseling. The training provided was making fish nugget, fish balls and fish crackers which received enthusiasm from participants with the hope that parcitipants could do it at home. Participants enjoyed fish nugget, fish balls and fish crackers that were made by the participants themselves and that had been prepared. The community service worker hopes that this community service activity will be very useful in preventing stunting nutritional problems in toddlers in Bojonegoro Villageh n
